The Relationship Headhunting process begins with a stratigic consultation with Jill Ellington that lasts approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Jill interviews you personally to determine mutual compatibility between you and her existing clients.

The Telephone Interview
Once we have received your completed registration and photograph, your matchmaker, we will give you a call for your initial interview.


The Meeting
The Relationship Headhunting process begins with a strategic consultation with Jill Ellington that lasts approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Jill interviews you personally to determine mutual compatibility between you and her existing clients.

During the initial meeting, Jill finds out about your personal background, relationship history, values and interests. Most importantly, she attempts to identify what you are wanting in a life partner. She gets to know you on a personal level and when she introduces you to someone, it's like meeting through a mutual friend.

Once the meeting has concluded and you are accepted as a client, you will sign an agreement and pay the fee for the program that best fits your needs. You will then be scheduled to have your photograph taken and be given information on how to complete a personal profile. Once your profile is complete and photograph is returned, Jill will begin sending you photographs and profiles of possible candidates for your review. Also, she will search her files for possible candidates who fit your specifications and submit your personal profile to potential candidates you want to meet.
When they agree to meet you, phone numbers will be exchanged. After you begin meeting people, feedback is really important in helping Jill target more closely for future referrals.
